The Young Talents Project is an annual competition in search of Singapore’s next classical music prodigy. Organised by Singapore’s only classical music station Symphony 924, the competition is open to all types of musical instruments and vocals, performing classical works. Participants of this prestigious competition will get to display their talents on a national level, and will be featured on radio, TV, print and social media. The Young Talents Project supports young local talent and aims to raise Singapore’s status as a rising arts and culture hub in Asia. Symphony 924’s highly anticipated programme for the year provides a national platform for classical musicians below the age of 17 to be seen and heard. The recording this year was done by MSM Asia in close cooperation with NIGHTFROG for Singapore Symphony Orchestra. 10 remote cameras captured a colorful concert of young asian talents, playing classical masterpieces as well as traditional indian and chinese music.
